Data platform and AI support service for manufacturing sites "RELAY"
We will review the reasons for past responses and work, and connect them to training and handover!
"RELAY" is a data platform and AI support service for manufacturing sites. It helps reduce situations where progress is hindered by the inability to ask questions by reviewing past actions and the reasons for those actions. It contributes to smooth training and handover processes. From maintenance history and current procedures that match the equipment and conditions, AI organizes the items to be confirmed. Additionally, it connects current procedures with past issues to present the reasons for actions and consultation conditions, making it very convenient to organize the situation along with the responsible person and timestamps. Based on the AI's organization, individuals can confirm the current state and make decisions regarding repairs or recovery, and instructors can verify the accuracy of explanations and understanding. The reasons for decisions and applicable conditions can be confirmed and documented for a reliable handover to the next person. [Items organized by AI (partial)] ■ Organizes confirmation items from maintenance history and current procedures that match the equipment and conditions ■ Connects current procedures with past issues to present reasons for actions and consultation conditions ■ Organizes completed, awaiting responses, and next actions with responsible persons and timestamps *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
