Universal LCD Display Load Cell "SWM7"
Data collection is possible with a dedicated data collection server! The load waveform can be divided into three parts, and comparison values can be set for each.
The "SWM7" is a versatile LCD display load cell that monitors the load during product processing for each rotation with various functions. Using a load sensor, it measures the strain over a certain period and records the maximum value (peak value) during that period as load data, which is then displayed. Additionally, by comparing the displayed load data with pre-set values, it can detect abnormal changes in load data and issue an alarm. 【Features】 ■ Data collection possible with a dedicated data collection server ■ Load waveforms can be divided into three segments, with waveform comparison values set for each ■ Maximum load value per rotation is expressed as a peak value ■ Load waveforms are stored and compared for each peak value ■ Basic settings of the SWM7 can be stored on a USB memory ■ Screens that need to be printed can be saved as image data (JPG format) on a USB memory *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
