Soft magnetic materials differ from permanent magnets in that they are magnetized only when an external magnetic field is present, and their magnetization disappears when the external magnetic field is removed. Our company manufactures sintered soft magnetic materials and powder magnetic cores using iron. Powder magnetic cores are characterized by high electrical resistance and low losses because each metal magnetic powder particle is insulated. Additionally, they offer greater design flexibility compared to electrical steel sheets and can be miniaturized. Our company develops and manufactures powder magnetic cores with high magnetic flux density and low iron loss through our unique insulation coating technology.
