This is a "moisture activity measurement device" widely used in the food industry and other sectors. It can measure the moisture activity of food and pharmaceuticals with high precision (±0.005aw). We have demo units available! Rentals are also offered!
basic information
Features: - Complies with Food Sanitation Law Notification No. 54 (1993). (However, temperature control using an incubator or similar is required.) - Uses the same CM2 sensor (electrical resistance type) as higher models, allowing for high precision measurements (±0.005aw). - The large color display makes it easy to check measurement results. - Simple touch panel operation is available. - A chemical filter is provided (optional) to eliminate the influence of volatile substances contained in food. - An SD card is included as standard, making it easy to save data to a PC.
