3D Coordinate Measurement By using a lattice grid, not only is accurate distortion measurement possible to better include local heterogeneity of shape and distortion, but also accurate results of 3D surface shape measurement can be obtained. Automatic Stitching of Multiple Images Even for large objects or objects with multiple curved surfaces, analysis is performed as a single image measurement result using the stitching function. Additionally, by using the included target adapter, image stitching processing is automatically performed accurately in a short time. High-Resolution CCD Camera Live camera display with a high-resolution CCD camera allows for the measurement of up to 12,000 points per image. By using four synchronized cameras, measurement is possible even for objects curved at 90 degrees, allowing for accurate 3D coordinate measurement. Result Data Visualization of the creation function of the forming limit curve (FLC), maximum and minimum principal strains, vertical strain, equivalent strain, thickness reduction rate, and 3D plots of thickness distribution, as well as 2D line graphs.
