The FlowCam series is a particle image analysis system that combines digital imaging technology with optical microscopy technology. It captures high-speed images of microparticles in solution through an optical microscope and performs automatic analysis in real-time. It can simultaneously obtain information on particle size distribution and particle images. In addition to particle size and concentration, the ability to evaluate particle shape through image analysis allows for detailed analysis of samples that cannot be understood through simple particle size distribution.
