The "Model 518PC" is a dry film thickness gauge equipped with a CCD camera in the microscope section. Using software, the boundaries of each layer in the cut image are specified with circles, and the film thickness is automatically calculated based on the distance of each layer and the angle of the drill. Additionally, if the boundaries of the layers are difficult to distinguish, this product allows for changes in the color and shading of the image, making the boundaries of each layer clearer.
