Electrophysics Corporation Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge "Quint Sonic 7"
Non-destructive measurement of coating thickness on the substrate! High-precision ultrasonic pulse-type thickness gauge.
The "QuintSonic 7" is a high-precision ultrasonic pulse thickness gauge that can non-destructively measure the coating thickness on substrates such as metal, plastic, glass, ceramic, and wood, up to a maximum of 5 layers at once. By adopting the digital sensor technology SIDSP, uniquely developed by Electrophysics, both accuracy and repeatability have been improved. Depending on the sound velocity, it can measure coating thickness from approximately 10μm to about 7mm. 【Features】 ■ Capable of measuring coating thickness of up to 5 layers in a single measurement (varies with sound velocity) ■ Can also measure the thickness of the substrate ■ Utilizes the digital sensor technology SIDSP, uniquely developed by Electrophysics ■ Capable of recording over 40 measurements per minute due to rapid signal processing ■ Suitable for use in the field *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
