High Flexible Filter Press Type SF (Strothberger)
This is a high-level flexible filter press prepared with various options and specifications to accommodate any application or usage.
It is a filter press device with excellent scalability. (1) Diverse sheet sizes: 200x200mm, 400x400mm, 600x600mm, 1000x1000mm (other sizes are also available upon consultation) (2) Filter element materials: Compatible with a wide range of materials including SUS304, 316L, and various austenitic stainless steels, as well as plastic materials like PP and PVDF. (3) Wide range of cake frame widths: We can propose options tailored to your needs, from slim designs for handling to thick designs for large retention. (4) Outdoor air shut-off specification: Available for high volatility and anaerobic materials. (5) Heat option: It is possible to heat the liquid during filtration. This is ideal for filtration liquids that tend to solidify at lower temperatures. (6) Selection of filter sheets: In addition to our own supplied depth filters (including double sheets), various filter sheets and filter papers from different manufacturers can be selected. (7) Filtration aids: We accommodate various types of filtration aids. Our own dosing system can also be proposed. (8) Multi-stage: It can process two types of filtration levels simultaneously.
