heliXcyto, which employs the Single Cell Interaction Cytometry (scIC) method that combines the biophysical measurement principles of biosensors with cytometry, enables the automatic analysis of binding constants (affinity, avidity) while maintaining the complexity of biological systems by directly measuring the kinetics of molecular binding and dissociation on the cell surface.
