Since our establishment over 60 years ago, we have internalized a complete range of manufacturing processes related to gaming machine parts, such as resin molded products and electronic components. We own 38 resin molding machines ranging from 50 to 1,050 tons, and we specialize in molding and processing polycarbonate resin, as well as ABS and POM. ■ Resin Molding Equipment We have 38 molding machines ranging from 50 to 1,050 tons. We specialize in molding and processing polycarbonate resin, as well as ABS and POM. Gas molding and in-mold molding are also possible. ■ Decoration Equipment We possess two sputter deposition machines, one large and one small, allowing for processing tailored to decorative specifications. The large machine can accommodate sizes up to 400mm in width, 400mm in length, and 100mm in height. Full-color printing using an inkjet printer is also available. ■ Mold Manufacturing Equipment We can produce 30 molds per month in the 150-ton class. We also have a light metal molding machine, which enables a reduction in mold processing time. ■ Prototyping Equipment We own light curing machines and NC processing machines, allowing us to respond quickly from data creation to production. We can also accommodate handmade prototypes. Secondary processing of handmade items can be done using our in-house decoration equipment. ■ Assembly and Manufacturing Equipment Our assembly area has space for 10 assembly lines with 30 to 40 assembly personnel, and the layout can be adjusted flexibly. ■ Circuit Board Mounting and Harness Processing Equipment We have inserters, mount machines, automatic crimping machines, and automatic pressure welding machines, and inspections of circuit boards are conducted using automatic inspection devices.
