Vacuum Sintering Furnace METAL HOTZONE High-Temperature Vacuum Furnace
Stable operation can be achieved under conditions of 2200℃ in a vacuum and 1800℃ in an H2 atmosphere.
The vacuum sintering furnace (metal furnace) "FINEVAC" with a METAL HOTZONE eliminates carbon contamination by using a METAL HOTZONE. It can operate stably at high temperatures above 1800°C in a vacuum, hydrogen gas, or inert gas atmosphere. It is capable of sintering high-purity fine ceramics. The applicable materials are fine ceramics, with effective dimensions of 300×300×600, 500×500×1000, and maximum temperatures of 1300°C, 1600°C, and 2200°C, with heating elements made of molybdenum and tungsten.
