We would like to introduce a case that resolved issues such as inadequate airflow velocity in the duct of a waste treatment facility and the absence of inspection openings, which led to duct blockage due to dust and insufficient suction from the hood. In this case, the piping support had corroded due to components from the exhaust outlet. We changed to an appropriate duct diameter to maintain a velocity that prevents dust accumulation and installed inspection openings for easier cleaning.
