**Features** - We select the optimal device from cleaning type, adsorption type, direct combustion type, and catalytic oxidation type according to the gas properties. ● Cleaning Type - We select the optimal device from liquid dispersion type and gas dispersion type according to the gas cleanliness. - The number of unit stages is selected based on inlet concentration and emission regulations, allowing for a high removal rate. - There is no bias flow within the device, and due to the filling structure with good gas-liquid contact efficiency, high stage efficiency is achieved. - We can manufacture dedicated wastewater treatment devices for scrubbers. ● Adsorption Type - Dust, mist, tar, and other substances in the gas are pre-treated with a high-performance pre-duster to protect the adsorbent. - The adsorbent is selected according to the gas properties. - In the RA type, adsorption tanks are installed in parallel, allowing for repeated desorption, which minimizes the amount of small, expensive adsorbent used. ● Direct Combustion Type - Suitable for processing high-concentration gases with high explosion limits, ensuring reliable operation. - No pre-treatment is necessary for combustible dust and tar. - The structure is simple, has fewer failures, and is easy to manage during operation. ● Catalytic Oxidation Type - Can be processed at low-temperature combustion due to the catalytic effect, requiring less auxiliary fuel. - The catalyst has a long lifespan and can be regenerated even if it deteriorates. - If the gas has a high calorific value, heat recovery is possible.
