Applications/Examples of results
- The suctioned paper pieces are cut into 20 to 100 mm by a cutter blower and then compressed and formed. - Paper dust is suctioned and filtered by a dust collector, allowing purified air to be returned to the room. - The compressed paper blocks are discharged into a bucket on a turntable, and the bucket is collected by a dedicated container truck. - All processes are controlled by an automatic control machine, enabling unmanned operation. - Communication via an automatic communication line allows for coordinated management with our maintenance department.
