[Example of Delivery Results] Replacement of Dust Collector Due to Internal Corrosion of Bag Filter Body

We would like to introduce a case where we proposed the renewal of the dust collector main unit and the update of the inlet and outlet ducts that we supplied.

At a copper processing plant, a customer manufacturing copper and brass rods, forged products, and extruded products requested a replacement of their dust collector due to internal corrosion of the bag filter, which made filter replacement impossible. Therefore, we proposed updating the dust collector unit supplied by our company about 20 years ago, along with updating the inlet and outlet ducts. 【Introduction Effects】 ■ Since only the dust collector body was replaced, the filtration area remains the same as before. ■ The material has been reviewed, and the body and duct have been changed from SS to S-TEN1 (sulfuric acid-resistant steel). ■ A thick, heat-resistant and acid-resistant paint has been used for the coating, enhancing measures against corrosion deterioration. ■ The interior of the duct has also been painted. ■ After the body update, the emission standards are cleared without any issues. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
