The iQ Auto Plus ultrasonic oscillator is designed for use in automotive parts, packaging, and other automated manufacturing lines. It simplifies the previously cumbersome wiring process during installation by using a single cable, allowing for complete control and monitoring from an external PLC. Additionally, by combining it with the patented MPC unit, it is possible to switch multiple probes (transducers) to oscillate with a single oscillator.

Main features of iQ Auto Plus: - Control and monitoring from external PLCs using a single cable via Ethernet IP connection, USB connection, or RS232 connection. - Can switch between multiple probes using a single oscillator when connected to an MPC (Multipoint Probe Control) unit. - Equipped with patented output trigger functionality, allowing for an alternative to pressure trigger functionality, simplifying pressure units and reducing costs. - Supports high-speed cycle usage with full digital control and automatic frequency adjustment with DigiTrack. - Available in 20kHz/600W, 30kHz/600W, and 40kHz/600W.
