Precision control of pressure and rotation on two axes with a servo motor! The new Duquesne Spin Welder SSW series has become easier to use with support for Japanese display.
The newly upgraded Duquesne's new spin welding machine "SSW Series" precisely controls the two axes of pressure and rotation with servo motors, enhancing the accuracy and stability of spin welding. In addition to the conventional speed control, it now features a new "Melt-Match mode" (torque control mode) for pressure control. A speed profiling mode has also been added, allowing for speed switching during welding. The larger front LCD touch panel has been made more user-friendly by enabling Japanese display in response to customer requests. Additionally, it is now possible to output welding result data and graph data to USB memory sticks, enhancing the data management capabilities.
