A high-load ultrasonic sealing unit developed for side sealing of packaging machines, directly clamping the horn! It has high rigidity and stable sealing.

In packaging machinery, sealers typically use heat sealing, but adopting ultrasonic sealing offers various advantages: - No consumables - Production can start immediately after power is turned on - Lower power consumption compared to heat sealing - No warm-up time required - Generally, sealing time is less than 0.5 seconds - High sealing strength - High-precision sealing control with high-speed digital-controlled ultrasonic vibrations - Sealing is possible even with foreign substances present in the sealing area - The required sealing area is smaller, allowing for reduced material consumption - Less thermal damage to contents due to the absence of high-temperature heat sources - Maintenance can be performed immediately after equipment shutdown, reducing downtime To maximize these advantages, Duquesne offers a dedicated unit for horizontal sealing in packaging. By directly holding the nodal (vibration node) part of the horn, high mechanical rigidity is achieved, enabling stable sealing even at high cycles. When used with the iQ-AiM oscillator equipped with patented output trigger technology, even higher quality stability can be obtained.
