The "STC-220" is a wire insulation stripping machine that allows for easy setting of processing conditions and is compact enough for tabletop installation. Processing conditions can be registered for up to 100 channels, and with servo technology and an LCD panel, the crimping position, cutting depth, strip length, half-strip length, pullback amount, and tip cut length can be set with a single touch. It is capable of processing cables with short lead lengths, such as cabtire cables, and the wire sinks during crimping, which helps to reduce bending of the wire. 【Other Features】 - The blade is directly mounted on a single linear guide, enabling a highly rigid mechanism and high-quality stripping. - During stripping, debris is suctioned away by a vacuum pipe, and the collected debris is stored in a cloth bag. - By using the JAM AS42 applicator, the lead-out can be minimized to 16.5mm. - The wire tip is detected by a photo sensor to activate (no need to apply force to press the tip against the sensor) *Optional. - Compact design fitting within a base of 445mm width x 425mm depth, allowing for tabletop installation. - Long strips can be processed (up to 20mm depending on conditions). - Standardly equipped with a JAM applicator or an equivalent applicator. - Excellent operability with a touch panel. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
