Bobbin feeding device
It is a relatively inexpensive bobbin feeding device.
It can also be used with the casting machines made by Kodera Electronics, as well as with the tabletop wire processing machines and fully automatic double-end crimping machines made by Schroniger! It is capable of feeding out more than 2 meters per second. Since it only requires rolling the bobbin and clamping it, you can easily mount heavy bobbins with wire without having to lift them by hand. The dancer control utilizes the rotation speed of the bobbin, allowing for linear response. It can prevent phenomena such as winding in reverse due to excessive rotation of the bobbin, and it holds about 3 meters of wire at the upper pulley section, making it compatible with machines that measure length under sudden pulling.
