This is an inspection device using an AI camera that can be retrofitted to the Hermex semi-auto stocker STC-220/250 model to determine the quality of crimping. - Ensures reliable inspection of deep crimping, shallow crimping, biting, hanging, and core wire protrusion. - Compatible with wire seals and 0.8 mm pitch terminals. - Automatically saves all shots for retrieval and verification at any time. A PC is required for memory storage (existing PCs can also be used).
