The ECO-WASHER series is a spray-type cleaning machine that uses super alkaline ionized water (strong alkaline electrolyzed water). It can clean processing oils, metal powders, fingerprints, and more without the use of chemicals or detergents, making it suitable for various parts cleaning and cleaning applications in food factories. By heating the SAIW to about 50°C and spraying it at high pressure, it efficiently removes dirt adhered to the workpieces. It contributes to the reduction of chemical and detergent usage, improvement of the working environment, and stabilization of cleaning quality. We also offer selection of models and cleaning tests based on work conditions. Please consult us about the items to be cleaned first.
