To address this, we have developed a nitriding and soft nitriding treatment device equipped with Parker Heat Treatment Co., Ltd.'s Nitriding Potential Control Unit "NITRONAVI." By controlling the nitriding potential [KN value], it is possible to selectively manage the steel surface to achieve compound layer-free, gamma prime phase (γ' phase), and epsilon phase (ε phase).
