A new option will be added to the panel manufacturing support system "WIRE CAM DX." WIRE CAM DX is a simulation software that can create manufacturing information for panels from design drawings. By digitizing the know-how of engineers, it is an IT solution that transforms the panel manufacturing process, which has been reliant on individual expertise, into tasks that anyone can perform, such as wire processing, component installation, and wiring work. This time, we will add a function to manage screw tightening torque, along with an optional torque management system that combines an electric screwdriver and a monitor. An environment has been established where anyone can carry out the processes of panel manufacturing, including component assembly, wiring, and screw tightening, with high quality.
