Ecord Company Sheet Metal Working Machine Craft Former KF800
The KF series has a maximum throat depth of 800mm and can process sheet metal forming for sheets up to 2mm thick.
Ecold's molding technology is chipless and produces less noise, allowing for the sheet metal and profile sheet metal forming process. The Craft Former KF800 is a power hammering machine that can perform various hammering tasks such as three-dimensional forming, angle bending, and distortion correction by exchanging various forming tools in the C-frame opening. It does so powerfully and quickly. The KF800 has the deepest throat depth in the series at 800mm, accommodating large workpieces such as automobile bodies. The stroke function can be switched between single mode, suitable for corrections and distortion removal like drawing processes, and continuous mode, which allows for quick forming like leveling processes. The handwheel is equipped with a digital display that shows the ram's position with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, enabling precise pressure adjustments. It can be easily moved with a hand lift.
