The KF series has the maximum forming capacity, capable of sequential forming processing of soft steel plates with a maximum thickness of 6 millimeters.
Ecord's molding technology is chipless and produces low noise, capable of sheet metal and profile sheet metal forming processing. The Craft Former KF675 is a power hammering machine that allows for the exchange of various forming tools in the C-frame opening, enabling powerful and speedy execution of various hammering tasks such as three-dimensional forming, angle bending, and distortion removal. The KF675 has the largest forming capacity in the series and a throat depth of 675 millimeters, accommodating large workpieces such as aircraft and railway vehicle parts. The stroke function can be set in three stages between 150 and 600 strokes per minute, allowing for switching based on processing applications. Additionally, by adopting a touch screen display control panel, it not only simplifies operation compared to older models but also significantly improves visibility.
