Ecord Company Sheet Metal Forming Machine Craft Former KF470
Medium-sized electric craft former, capable of sheet metal forming processing for soft steel plates with a maximum thickness of 3 millimeters.
Ecord's molding technology is chipless and produces low noise, allowing for sheet metal and profile sheet metal forming processing. The Craft Former KF470 is a power hammering machine that can perform various hammering tasks such as three-dimensional forming, angle bending, and distortion removal by exchanging various forming tools in the C-frame opening. It does this powerfully and quickly. The KF470 has a throat depth of 460 millimeters, accommodating large workpieces such as aircraft and railway vehicle parts. The stroke function can be switched between two stages of 300 and 600 strokes per minute (or 150 and 300 strokes per minute) depending on the processing. Additionally, by adopting a display-type operation panel, it not only simplifies operation but also significantly improves visibility.
