Ecord Company Sheet Metal Forming Machine Craft Former KF170PD
Air-driven craft former, capable of sequentially forming soft steel sheets up to 2 mm thick.
Ecord's molding technology is chipless and produces low noise, capable of sheet metal and profile sheet metal forming processing. The Craft Former KF170PD is a power hammering machine that can perform various hammering tasks such as three-dimensional forming, angle bending, and distortion removal by exchanging various forming tools in the C-frame opening. It does so powerfully and quickly. Despite its compact body, the KF170PD has a throat depth of 170 millimeters and can process materials up to a thickness of 2 millimeters in soft steel. It is suitable for workpieces such as aircraft and railway vehicle parts, automotive bodies, and architectural sheet metal. The stroke function can switch between single mode and continuous mode, and the processing pressure is adjusted using the handwheel at the front of the C-frame. The stand is equipped with two caster wheels, making it easy to move.
