This is a case study on the introduction of eco-board pallets that address the issues of wooden pallets.
We received a request to change from wooden pallets to paper pallets. Shipping wooden pallets overseas requires fumigation treatment to prevent the invasion of non-native species, and there is also a drying process to reduce moisture, making them unavailable for immediate use. Additionally, there is a risk of mold growth, and managing inventory in the factory's storage space incurs costs, leading to various issues that can result in complaints.
