We propose eco boards with high strength and cushioning properties for the protective surfaces of heavy products!
We received a request from a customer handling air conditioning units. They were transporting the products packed in cardboard, but due to the heavy weight of the products, there were significant concerns regarding protection. Therefore, in addition to the standard packaging set, we proposed using eco-boards that have high strength and cushioning properties. Additionally, to accommodate the characteristics of the products, we fixed casters to the top of the pallet by drilling holes, making it easier to transport the products. As a result, while the packaging work initially required two workers, it was reduced to just one.
