Air cleaning device with a structure that prevents external leakage of dust removed in the air cleaning section.
Our "Air Cleaning Device" performs air cleaning on the inner surface of caps transported horizontally on the chute using pulse (intermittent) air. The entire device conducts air cleaning on the outer surface through downflow, static elimination air from the ionizer, and assist air for transportation. The entire device is set in a downflow environment, with air curtain zones established on both the upstream and downstream sides of the air cleaning zone, preventing the external outflow of dust removed in the air cleaning section.
