Edmund Optics, a global manufacturer and supplier of optical components, is expanding its extensive inventory by broadening its range of standard optical components. This product expansion includes new types of beam splitters, such as the "TECHSPEC Coaxial Cube Polarizing Beam Splitter" and the "TECHSPEC Coaxial Cube Beam Splitter (Standard Type)." Both beam splitters feature a unique absorptive surface treatment on the black-coated surfaces, which eliminates unwanted reflections. By reducing reflections, glare and interference patterns are minimized, improving image contrast and enhancing performance in many other applications that rely on transmission through only three surfaces.
