Edmund Optics Japan, Inc. has started selling the TECHSPEC® BBAR-coated UV synthetic quartz right-angle prism. This prism has improved transmission efficiency compared to uncoated UV synthetic quartz right-angle prisms. Additionally, it has low thermal expansion and excellent transmission across the UV, visible, and NIR spectra, making it ideal for a wide range of applications in science and industry, including medical devices, semiconductor inspection, and laser-based implementations.
