Edmund Optics Japan, Inc. has started selling the TECHSPEC® SilverTL™ SWIR Telecentric Lens. The TECHSPEC® SilverTL™ SWIR Telecentric Lens is designed with a broadband AR coating optimized for the wavelength range of 900 - 1700 nm. It supports up to 7.5 megapixels (with a pixel size of 2.8 μm) and eliminates parallax errors in measurement applications. It is also suitable for semiconductor measurements that require precise measurements and for online/offline machine vision manufacturing applications.
