Edmund Optics Japan Co., Ltd. has started selling "Wide-Angle Wave Plates (Phase Plates)." This product is designed to accommodate a wide input angle range of up to 30° while minimizing the retardation shift when the incident angle is not zero. Available in λ/2 or λ/4 phase differences at designed wavelengths of 532, 633, 1064, or 1550 nm in the visible or NIR spectrum, it is suitable for applications that require low sensitivity to incident angles.
