Edmund Optics Japan Co., Ltd. has started selling the "Coherent Surelock Mini Benchtop Laser System." This product provides laser output with a narrow spectral linewidth of 0.07nm FWHM, stabilized for temperature, with output up to 500mW. The convenient LCD touchscreen display makes setup, output adjustment, and implementation into systems easy. In addition to standalone operation, a wide range of programming languages can be used via computer operation through the built-in USB port. It is ideal for precision applications including Raman spectroscopy, measurement, bio-implementation, sensing, and analytical instruments.
