April 2019 (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo) – Edmund Optics (EO), the Japanese subsidiary of the U.S. company Edmund Optics, announced a collaboration with II-VI to supply optical components made of zinc selenide (ZnSe) with short lead times. EO currently offers new products including zinc selenide (ZnSe) plano-convex lenses, zinc selenide (ZnSe) aspheric lenses, beam expanders for CO2 lasers, and lens stress analyzers. This collaboration has made it easier than ever to procure optical components for infrared (IR) applications throughout the design, prototyping, and production project cycle. *For more details, please refer to the press release materials.
