Edmund Optics Japan Co., Ltd. announced its exclusive sales partnership with UltraFast Innovations GmbH (UFI), a cutting-edge manufacturer of high-precision laser optics, to sell the "UltraFast Innovations (UFI) EUV Attosecond Multilayer Mirror." Designed and manufactured with coating layers at the atomic level, this mirror achieves extremely high precision in terms of wavelength/energy, spectral phase, and high efficiency. Through the partnership between EO and UFI, this mirror can now be stocked and shipped worldwide with short lead times.
