We have started closed material recycling for injection molding materials!
As a responsibility of the molding factory, we have pursued the effective utilization of waste materials such as runners and defective products. While recycling them into general recycled materials is one achievement, we have reached a point where we can operate with 100% pure recycled materials as eDream. Mold with new materials → Collect products → Transform into recycled materials → Mold again → Collect again → ... This is truly closed material recycling.
