Heat-resistant 80℃ submersible pump 'JCV Series'
For high-temperature boiler drainage! Heat-resistant submersible pump usable up to 80°C.
The "JCV Series" is a heat-resistant submersible pump designed to handle temperatures up to 80°C, with a short delivery time and an affordable price. When transporting with a surface pump, there was a risk of high-temperature water spraying out in the event of a pump failure, but with the heat-resistant submersible pump, there is no risk of spraying. For alkaline high-temperature wastewater (boiler discharge), the JCV-S16 series made of SUS316 can be used. 【Features of the JCV Series】 ○ Eliminates risks and burdens of replacement due to pump failure with a dedicated pump ○ Contributes to space-saving as it eliminates the need for surface pump space ○ Compatible with different voltages *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.

-
Hot water transfer at the sake brewery The hot water from the sake brewery can be reused in subsequent processes, but the previous submersible pumps had a low heat resistance temperature and often stopped during use. By using the heat-resistant submersible pump JCV series, it has become easy to effectively utilize hot water. (The photo above shows the installation of the heat-resistant submersible pump JCV type into the traditional kettle.)

Reuse of High-Temperature Water in Food Factories The water pumps used by conventional users are not designed for high temperatures, causing them to stop immediately after starting, making it difficult to collect high-temperature water. Therefore, we adopted our JCV series, which enables stable collection even at high temperatures of 80°C. Given that the water is slightly alkaline and intended for food factories, we opted for a hygienic all-stainless steel design. Additionally, we equipped it with a high-temperature float switch to ensure automatic activation when the pit is full.

Passed strict factory equipment standards - adopted in a cosmetics factory We received an inquiry about high-temperature water transfer from a major cosmetics manufacturing factory, and they adopted our heat-resistant water pump JCV series. Since it is a cosmetics manufacturing factory, the equipment used in the factory needed to meet strict standards, and a total of three units were delivered.

High-temperature bonding liquid transfer The previous submersible pumps were unsuitable due to both temperature and corrosion, leading to frequent replacements, which made running costs, labor costs for replacements, and associated risks significant concerns. The deciding factors for adoption were: 1. Extensive track record as a heat-resistant submersible pump (adopted by other major automotive parts manufacturers) 2. Flexibility in accommodating special specifications as a manufacturer 3. Short delivery times 4. Low price Based on the evaluation of the above four points, we decided to adopt this solution.

pH 12.5, liquid temperature 70°C - Delivered to a major steelworks We received an inquiry from a major steelworks regarding high-temperature water transfer, and they adopted our heat-resistant water pump JCV series. Due to the alkaline wastewater, it is made entirely of stainless steel, and it also successfully cleared the silica-based SS concentration without any issues. Liquid specifications: pH 12.5, SS = 50 ppm (silica-based SS), liquid temperature 70°C
