[Case Study] Circulation Filtration of Bond Liquid (Manganese Phosphate)
There are many failures of the bonding liquid circulation filtration pump!
●Failure of the bonding liquid circulation filtration pump There are many failures of air diaphragm pumps - (The item marked with a red circle in the photo is the defective product.) We received a consultation from the maintenance department, and it was noted that the existing pumps from a certain manufacturer had frequent failures, leading to consideration of switching to the H2 model ADD type. The liquid used is bonding liquid (manganese phosphate) which is high temperature and contains slurry. The flow involved drawing from the bonding tank, passing through filtration, and circulating it. After thorough inquiries with the users, it was found that the valves and valve seats were experiencing significant wear due to the slurry. Additionally, considering that SUS (stainless steel) materials tend to have a relatively longer lifespan, we proposed and adopted a specially designed SUS valve seat. ●For those troubled by failures of other companies' pumps The deciding factors for adoption were: 1. The initial cost is overwhelmingly low. 2. The manufacturer’s ability to flexibly respond to special specifications. 3. The option to verify the lifespan of the ball material against the SUS valve seat. 4. Good maintenance characteristics. These four points were evaluated, leading to the adoption. At H2, we provide liquid contact parts arranged for the site as described above.
