● We want to keep the bonding solution (manganese phosphate) in a clean state at all times. We received a consultation from N.P. Corporation, a major surface treatment manufacturer, stating, "We want to keep the bonding solution sludge in the new line in a clean state at all times." Since it is a high-temperature and corrosive liquid, we selected the air diaphragm type filtration unit ADF and conducted a filtration demonstration to verify sludge removal. ● No more sludge! To keep the tank clean at all times, we performed filtration in a circulation method, and the samples of the bonding solution before and after filtration are shown in the above photo. Furthermore, we confirmed in on-site filtration experiments that we could completely remove sludge as shown below.
