[Case Study] Circulation Filtration of Bonding Liquid Using Edge Wire
Introducing a case study of the delivery of edge wire filters optimal for the filtration of bond liquid.
We received an inquiry from a car parts factory in Aichi Prefecture regarding the removal of sludge that occurs in bonding liquid. The amount of sludge was 1 to 2 bags (1t to 2t) per month, but they wanted to do this without incurring running costs, so we proposed the "Edge Wire Filter." This method has a proven track record in the carbon prevention process of another car parts factory, using a self-backwashing specification, and was adopted after several tests.
