[Case Study] Neutralization Treatment of High-Temperature Wastewater
We introduce case studies of automatic pH neutralization systems that can handle both high-temperature acidic wastewater and alkaline wastewater!
We received an order for the pH neutralization treatment, including construction, due to the addition of a new line from a food factory. All tanks were selected as heat-resistant tanks (80°C) due to the high-temperature wastewater. The pH meter was also changed to a high-temperature specification, and our heat-resistant submersible pump model JCVH was incorporated into the raw water pump. The user's wastewater is discharged in batches, and depending on the situation, it can be either acidic or alkaline. Therefore, we implemented control on both sides to accommodate either condition for neutralization. A vertical mixer for dilution stirring was installed in the sulfuric acid tank. The shaft and impeller were processed with FRP lining for sulfuric acid resistance. We adopted our electromagnetic pump for both sulfuric acid and caustic soda injection pumps.
