We received an order for a liquid mixing device from a major mold manufacturer. The request was to accurately mix several types of high-viscosity liquids with a viscosity of around 10,000 CP in precise ratios. We were able to deliver a device that achieved a permissible error of ±5g for a 20kg batch of finished chemicals, resulting in high user satisfaction. Before the introduction of the device, the user performed the liquid mixing process manually, but they wanted to improve efficiency and ensure proper traceability. To address this, the mixing ratios are automatically controlled using calibrated scales, and the daily liquid mixing operations are accurately recorded as data.
