[Case Study] Neutralization Treatment of High-Temperature Alkaline Wastewater from Dishwashers
We introduce case studies of the delivery of automatic pH neutralization devices for both small-scale and special neutralization, focusing on cost and response!
We received an order for the installation of a large dishwasher, including pH neutralization treatment, from a major research institution. Since the wastewater discharged from the dishwasher is high-temperature, all tanks were selected to be heat-resistant (80°C). The pH meter was also changed to a high-temperature specification. The wastewater from the dishwasher fell by its own weight, so we raised the level of the dishwasher slightly to accommodate this (using a support frame). Additionally, due to the low liquid level that could flow into the neutralization tank, we designed a custom specification to allow for rapid neutralization, proposing a compact and cost-effective design, which was ultimately adopted.
