We received a request from a certain manufacturer in Tokyo stating, "We are looking for a compact heat-resistant submersible pump," and we proposed and were adopted for the JCVH-40 model, which can withstand temperatures of up to 95°C. The application was for constructing a recycling system for wastewater discharged from high-temperature industrial washing machines. The wastewater had a high alkalinity with a pH of about 10.5, containing detergents, but the JCVH was able to handle it. Additionally, the compact size of the JCVH made it a perfect fit for integration into the equipment. The heat-resistant submersible pump JCVH-40 has a space-saving design that can be installed in an area of approximately 300×200. It can also handle a certain level of chemical liquids, making it user-friendly. We also offer models with floats, so customers considering automatic control are encouraged to consult with us.
