Introducing a case study of coolant tank floating oil recovery for FANUC's RoboDrill.
We received an inquiry from a metal processing product manufacturing company regarding the recovery of floating oil from their coolant tank. The ADB-15-PP was selected as suitable, and after testing it with a demo unit, they decided to implement it. Floating oil in water-soluble coolant tanks can lead to processing defects in the manufactured products and unpleasant odors. With the ADB model, recovery using an air diaphragm pump results in fewer troubles and is easy to operate. We recommend trying it out with a demo unit first to see the effectiveness for yourself.
