We received a request from waste disposal company S, stating that they are looking for a provider that can not only handle installation work but also create a neutralization system tailored to their specific requirements instead of a standard unit. In response, we designed and proposed a pH neutralization system that incorporates their needs, which was subsequently adopted. We eliminated touch panels from the control panel and designed it for intuitive analog operation, making it easier for workers to understand. The pH electrode, which is crucial for inspections, was also strategically placed for easy access during checks. There are not many manufacturers of neutralization treatment systems that can also handle installation work.
